ما الجديد في Access 2013؟ بكلمة واحدة، التطبيقات. إن Access web app نوع جديد من قواعد البيانات التي يمكن إنشاؤها في Access، ثم استخدامها ومشاركتها مع الآخرين كتطبيق SharePoint في مستعرض ويب. لإنشاء تطبيق، حدد ببساطة نوع البيانات التي تريد تتبعها (جهات الاتصال والمهام والمشاريع وغير ذلك). يقوم Access بإنشاء بنية قاعدة البيانات، وإكمالها بطرق العرض التي تسمح لك بإضافة البيانات وتحريرها. تكون أوامر التنقل والأوامر الأساسية مضمّنة، بحيث يمكنك البدء باستخدام تطبيقك مباشرة.

بدء استخدام التطبيقات

إنشاء تطبيق

باستخدام خادم SharePoint أو موقع Office 365 كمضيف، ستكون قادراً على إنشاء تطبيق قاعدة بيانات يستند إلى المستعرض ذي مظهر جيد. إن تطبيقات Access تستخدم SQL Server لتوفير أفضل أداء وأفضل تكامل للبيانات. على شاشة بدء التشغيل، انقر فوق تطبيق ويب مخصص.

 ملاحظة    باستخدام Access 2013، لا يزال بإمكانك إنشاء قواعد بيانات سطح مكتب تقليدية من البداية. أو جرّب استخدام قالب لإنشاء تطبيق أو قاعدة بيانات سطح مكتب أو قاعدة بيانات ويب بنمط Access 2010.

قوالب الجداول

أضف جداول بسرعة إلى تطبيقك باستخدام قوالب جداول مصممة مسبقاً. إذا كنت تتعقب مهاماً، فابحث عن قالب "المهام" وانقر فوقه.

إذا رأيت مؤشر تعدد الجداول إلى جانب قالب، فهذا يعني أن Access سيضيف الجداول ذات الصلة والمستخدمة بشكل متكرر لكي تتمكن من بدء العمل من قاعدة بيانات علائقية(قاعدة بيانات ارتباطية: نوع من قواعد البيانات التي تخزّن المعلومات في جداول. وتستخدم قيماً متطابقة من جدولين لربط بيانات من جدول واحد مع بيانات جدول آخر. في قاعدة البيانات الارتباطية، يتم عادةً تخزين نوع معيّن من البيانات مرة واحدة فقط.) صحيحة. ينشئ Access طرق عرض لكل جدول وهي تعرض بيانات من جداول ذات صلة.

البيانات الخارجية

تضم كل التطبيقات بنية تنقل مماثلة، مما يسهّل على الأشخاص التعرّف على التطبيقات والتبديل بينها. يمكنك دوماً إضافة المزيد من طرق العرض المخصصة إلى جانب تلك التي يوفرها التطبيق.

شريط الإجراءات

تحتوي كل من طرق العرض المضمّنة على شريط إجراءات يضم أزراراً لإضافة العناصر وتحريرها وحفظها وحذفها. يمكنك إضافة المزيد من الأزرار إلى هذا الشريط لتشغيل وحدات الماكرو المخصصة التي تقوم بإنشائها، أو يمكنك إزالة الأزرار التي لا ترغب في أن يستخدمها الآخرون.

طرق عرض يسهل تعديلها

تتيح لك التطبيقات وضع عناصر التحكم حيث تريدها من دون إجراء تعديلات على التخطيط أولاً. ما عليك سوى سحب عناصر التحكم وإفلاتها، فتتحرك عناصر التحكم الأخرى لتوفير مساحة لها.

وسائل شرح لخصائص الإعدادات

بدلاً من البحث في ورقة خصائص عن إعداد معين، تتوفر الإعدادات من خلال وسائل شرح موجودة بجانب كل تحديد أو عنصر تحكم بحيث تسهل رؤيتها.

عنصر تحكم الإكمال التلقائي

يبحث عنصر تحكم "الإكمال التلقائي" عن بيانات من جدول ذي صلة. إنه مشابه لمربع تحرير وسرد سلوكه أقرب إلى سلوك مربع البحث الفوري.

ارتباطات تفصيلية

تتيح لك الارتباطات التفصيلية عرض تفاصيل حول عنصر ذي صلة بسرعة. تعالج تطبيقات Access المنطق الذي يعمل في الخلفية لضمان عرض البيانات الصحيحة.

اختيارات إضافية لبدء الاستخدام

بدلاً من فتح البرنامج مع عرض تقديمي فارغ، يوفر لك PowerPoint 2013 عدة طرق لبدء عرضك التقديمي التالي باستخدام قالب أو نسق أو عرض تقديمي حديث أو عرض تقديمي غير حديث جداً أو عرض تقديمي فارغ.

طريقة عرض مقدم العرض خالية من التعقيدات

تسمح لك "طريقة عرض مقدم العرض" بمشاهدة الملاحظات على الشاشة، فيما يشاهد الجمهور الشرائح فقط. في الإصدارات السابقة، كان من الصعب معرفة ما شاهده الجمهور والشاشة التي تم استخدامها للمشاهدة. تمكّنت "طريقة عرض مقدم العرض" المحسّنة من تصحيح هذه التعقيدات، وبالتالي أصبح استخدامها أكثر سهولة.

• استخدام طريقة عرض مقدم العرض على جهاز عرض واحد       لم تعد طريقة عرض مقدم العرض بحاجة إلى أجهزة عرض متعددة. يمكنك الآن تجربة العرض في "طريقة عرض مقدم العرض" بدون توصيل أي شيء.

• التكبير على شريحة    انقر فوق عدسة التكبير لتكبير العرض على المخططات أو الرسوم التخطيطية أو كل عنصر تريد إبرازه للجمهور.

• الانتقال السريع إلى شريحة    استخدم "متصفح الشرائح" للاستعراض إلى الشرائح الأخرى في العرض التقديمي.

• الإعداد التلقائي    بإمكان PowerPoint أن يتوصل تلقائياً إلى إعداد الكمبيوتر واختيار جهاز العرض الصحيح لطريقة عرض مقدم العرض.

انتقلت معظم أجهزة التلفزيون والفيديو إلى تنسيقات الشاشة العريضة والعرض العالي الدقة، والأمر نفسه ينطبق على PowerPoint. يتوفر تخطيط 16:9 بالإضافة إلى نُسق جديدة مصمّمة للاستفادة من إمكانيات الشاشة العريضة.

بدء اجتماع عبر الإنترنت من PowerPoint

لقد بات باستطاعتك الآن مشاركة عرض PowerPoint تقديمي عبر ويب باستخدام عدة طرق. يمكنك إرسال ارتباط إلى الشرائح، أو بدء اجتماع Lync كامل يعرض المجموعة مع الصوت وIM. يمكن للحضور الانضمام من أي مكان، أو من أي جهاز باستخدام Lync أو باستخدام Office Presentation Service.

أدوات تصميم أفضل

أشكال متنوعة للنُسق

باتت النُسق الآن مصحوبة بمجموعة من الأشكال المتنوعة، كألواح ألوان وعائلات خطوط مختلفة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يوفر PowerPoint 2013 نُسقاً لشاشة عريضة إلى جانب نسق أخرى بأحجام قياسية. اختر نسقاً وشكلاً متنوعاً من شاشة البدء أو من علامة التبويب "تصميم".

صف الكائنات وإبعادها بالتساوي عن بعضها

لا حاجة بعد الآن إلى التحديق في الكائنات على الشرائح لرؤية ما إذا كانت مصفوفة. تظهر خطوط الإرشاد الذكية بشكل تلقائي عندما تصبح الكائنات، كالصور والأشكال وغيرها، قريبة من أن تكون على نفس السوية، كما تُعلمك هذه الخطوط عندما تصبح الكائنات متساوية التباعد عن بعضها.

تحسينات في مسار الحركة

عندما تقوم الآن بإنشاء مسار حركة، يُظهر لك PowerPoint النقطة التي سينتهي فيها الكائن. يبقى الكائن الأصلي في مكانه، وتتنقل صورة "شبحية" عبر المسار وصولاً إلى نقطة النهاية.

دمج الأشكال الشائعة

حدد شكلين شائعين أو أكثر على الشريحة، ثم اعمل على دمجهما لإنشاء أشكال وأيقونات جديدة.

دعم محسّن للفيديو والصوت

يدعم PowerPoint الآن تنسيقات الوسائط المتعددة، مثل mov. مع فيديو H.264 وصوت Advanced Audio Coding (AAC)‎، والمزيد من المحتوى العالي الدقة. يتضمّن PowerPoint 2013‏ المزيد من برامج الترميز المضمّنة، وبالتالي لن تحتاج إلى تثبيتها لكي تعمل بعض تنسيقات الملفات.
استخدم الميزة تشغيل في الخلفية لتشغيل الموسيقى أثناء استعراض الأشخاص لعرض الشرائح.

استخدام PowerPoint على الأجهزة التي تعمل باللمس

بات الآن التفاعل مع PowerPoint ممكناً على كل الأجهزة تقريباً بما فيها أجهزة الكمبيوتر التي تستخدم نظام التشغيل Windows 8. باستخدام إيماءات اللمس النموذجية، يمكنك السحب واللمس والتكبير/التصغير والتحريك عبر الشرائح، بحيث تلمس فعلاً العرض التقديمي.
